Taincwm BB Lampeter

A beautiful house in a beautiful location! We enjoy lovely views across the valley, walks from the door and a wide variety of wildlife and birds, including resident Red Kites. There are large grounds with secluded places to sit and relax, and a mini-lake, where you may be lucky enough to spot a newt! We pride ourselves on our warm welcome and delicious food (evening meals available). We use local produce and are able to cater for any diet.Both our rooms are large doubles, tastefully decorated and with views across the valley. One has a small ensuite shower, the other has it's own private bathroom. Seating, refreshments and dvd players are provided. There is a large guest room with selection of books, dvd's and games. If you let us know in advance, we will even rent the dvd of your choice for you!

Directions

From Lampeter follow A485 to Tregaron for approx. 2 miles. Turn left at first turning for Llwyn-y-groes and Denmark Farm (duck sign), which is just after a sharp right hand bend. Follow this road all the way to Llwyn-y-groes, at which point you will see a couple of cottages and then the road goes up a hill. At the top of that hill is a sharp left hand turn, signposted to Talsarn. On the corner is Jane Beck's Welsh Blankets. Take that turn to Talsarn (you will need to do a 3 point turn!). Follow the road for half a mile until you see a sign on the right for Garthelli Church. Take that turning, and go up a little way until the road bends around to the left. Instead of bearing to the left, go straight up, through the gate, and Taincwm is the house on the left at the top.
